Hey guys just dropping by to post a collection of some older looks that I have been meaning to post for a long time! If you have any questions I will try to answer them when I get home. Oh I had a lovely holiday and some big news to tell you when I get back to reality next week!!!

We are flies in a bullion bank web
I left this comment on the FOFOA blog:
Your point about bullion banks having the best intel is important. Bullion banks are like spiders in the center of a web. They can feel the twitching of the flies in the web and determine the mood of the market better than anyone else and often in advance of others.
For example, if Mints are starting to see an increase in demand and begin running down stocks, they will start to take delivery ex-bullion banks, who as a result now have intel that retail demand is picking up before anyone else sees it in reported coin sales.
London Banker has expressed this idea much better than me in this post:

Each of these roles gives these few banks a view into the positions of market investors. They know who owns what, using what leverage, under what terms, and trading in which markets. Knowing that, the manipulation of prices to impoverish investors and enrich the ruling banks is child's play with a bit of ill-transparent HFT through proprietary dealing desks and connected hedge funds aligned with the firms. ...
The only resilient solution is local, transparent markets with disintermediation of the controlling banks. Eliminating the information asymetries which allow them to see everyone's positions, leverage and trading activity - and trade and ration liquidity accordingly - would go a long way to preventing further concentration.

Valcambi CombiBar
I know this is a competitor of the Perth Mint, but I really like the idea of the Valcambi CombiBar.
The CombiBar is a 50 gram gold bar with 50 detachable 1g bars, like a chocolate bar. You can break off a strip of 5 or 10 1g bars, and then further break down into individual 1g bars. Very handy for barter situations.
2 Week Hiatus
If you can call it a hiatus but anyway I wont be on until then, or mebbe even longer then that coz after we get back from the holiday my friend will be down & so will SO's sister & her bub!! Yayy
I have saved some things as drafts so hopefully when I get back into Aus I can quickly post them (How sad is that, nobody will probably miss me haha :P )
Oh & I know I had entered in some giveaways & on the small chance of me winning I hope I don't miss out :'( I will try to check my emails though!
Anyhooo I shall leave you with a few random memes & pics just coz I can =)

New Hair , Smudge e/l + More Bronzed than usual
haha sorry for all the FOTD posting (which isn't even that much) but I want to get some out of the way for when I am away. I have older pics to post too like the one I posted yesterday so if it seems like some times my hair looks faded or my eyebrows look messy it's coz they are not posted in order.... (I still have some from months ago that I wanna post!!)

Not much changed with my hair, I just got it dyed that same dark red/purple colour (to match my extensions which I barely wear! my hair is long anyway haha) & my side fringe re-cut.... which I think I may grow out again & style it to the middle haha that doesn't make sense.. oh am I the only one with the horrible short hairs around my hairline at the top!?? ahah
Eyes: Bourjois Kohl & Contour e/l- not as smudged as I wanted but I didn't want it to be too messy
Nude e/s & a bit of shimmery e/s for highlight
The lipstick I have had for yearss but had only used it once (it was a backup so it wasn't yucky lol) I had found in a pocket of a bag I hadn't used in a while so I knew I had to use it again..... ooh & it smells delicious!!

Nyx Lip Product Swatches!
I am still building my lipstick collection (which is the biggest part of my makeup collec haha) which is mainly thanks to Nyx for their affordable & huge lipstick range! So I only have 12 lipsticks, 6 lip liners & 3 lip glosses but I am getting there, I promise!
I find the best place to purchase these on the web is through Joy's Cosmetics store on ebay- click here- where you can get a bunch of items say 3 l/s for about $7 and I have ordered from her so much &have had no problems at all!
Anyway- onto the swatches =] Pic Heavy so apologies in advance! Also, click the pics to view them larger!
Left To Right- Harmonica, Strawberry Milk, Narcissus, Tea Rose, Margarita, Chloe
Left To Right- Iris, Summer Love, Pumpkin Pie, Fig, Spell Bound, Eros
*phew* that was a lot! Now- Lip Liners.
Left To Right- Rose, Dolly Pink, Pinky, Mauve, Bloom, Prune
Rose- Gorgeous light pink colour, I got this because I thought it would match a lot of pink l/s
Dolly Pink- I love this colour too but the texture is harder to work with. Makes bright pink l/s look cooler- as opposed to warmer haha.
Pinky- Gorgeous bright pink! Works great with Spell Bound. I love it underneath Margarita too.
Mauve- It is a tad too dark as a MLBB colour however I like to use it to outline my lips with nude lip liner- blended in well.
Bloom- Similar to Pinky but pulls more burgundy, gorgeous under colours like Chloe.
Prune-A dark ummm prune colour lol, I don't think I will have much use for this (I lie- I do have some pruney l/s that would match this) But I would probably use this for a gradient look.
So thats it of the l/l for now,Next on my list is definitely tangerine! I got bloom & prune as a gift from Joy's Cosmetics & probably wouldn't have bought them anyway but I would totally buy Bloom again if I need to.
Lastly- Mega Shine Lip Glosses. As I mentioned I only have a small collection (Working on it!)
Left To Right- Sugar Pie, Smokey Look, Lala
Sugar Pie looks good with a darker smokey eye, well same as Smokey Look & Lala is just a gorgeous bright pink lip gloss! I love these because they are not very sticky (I still have the hair in lipgloss problem though -.- but my hair gets in the way all the time) & I really like the smell! Kinda sweet, reminds me of some kind of lolly but I have no idea which.
